Workshop Offerings

Journey deeper into self-discovery with extended practices in yoga, Reiki, personal growth, and change management fundamentals. From Reiki I & II trainings to local retreats and multi-day experiences, upcoming and future offerings will weave together yoga, meditation, energy work, and practices for self-discovery. Each gathering will be created with care to help you release what no longer serves you, deepen your connection to your inner wisdom, and embrace a life of balance and purpose in alignment with your true self. Through an intentional focus on skill development and practice, dedicated reflection, and meaningful rest, workshops are nurturing spaces to invite inner transformation and lean into big dreams. ​

NEW: Reiki I & II Trainings and Attunements 

The energy of the universe is always with you. Are you ready to connect with your energy, deepen your intuition, and begin or continue on your healing journey? The four-hour Reiki I experience is designed to gently open you to energy healing in alignment with this modality of energy work. In a small group setting, you'll learn to clear and ground your energy, explore the chakra system, and begin practicing self-reiki healing with confidence and intention. The seven-hour Reiki II experience prepares you to hone and expand your gifts to offer reiki to others. 

  • Reiki I training is four hours long and must be completed prior to pursuing Reiki II

  • Reiki II training is seven hours long and requires prior completion of Reiki I (from any lineage)

  • Spaces are limited and introductory pricing is available for the first two offerings of each level of training. 

NEW: New Year, More You 

Start the new year with clarity, intention, and a renewed sense of self. Through guided reflection, journaling, and simple grounding practices, you’ll explore where to say yes — to opportunities, growth, and joy — and where to say no — to what drains your time, energy, or authenticity. This isn’t about setting resolutions or reinventing yourself. It’s about refining what’s already within you and creating space for choices that align with your values and energy.
You’ll leave with greater self-awareness, a clear “Yes/No Map” for the months ahead, and practical tools to make decisions that feel true to you. Perfect for anyone looking for a grounded, meaningful way to begin the new year.

NEW: Seasonal Self-Care Series 

Each season offers its own quiet wisdom—an invitation to align your inner rhythm with nature’s changing flow. This quarterly workshop is designed to help you nurture body, mind, and spirit through guided journaling, yoga and meditation, and hands-on creative expression.  In these cozy, small-group sessions, you’ll be supported in slowing down, looking inward, and replenishing your energy. You will leave each session with a meaningful, seasonally inspired item of you own creation to serve as a tangible reminder of your reflections and intentions.

  • Summer | Radiance – Embrace warmth, joy, and expansion with a focus on vitality.
